Norman is a graduate of Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico (2000) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Norman has over 25 years of experience in heavy civil construction of underground facilities, design management, mechanical/electrical systems, research and development of new technologies, and risk management.
